Introducing Gree Error Code Search

We are please to announce the launch of a new support website, support.gree.com

This new website will allow you to check Gree fault codes onsite and receive directly to your device a decision tree to assist with the diagnosis and repair of any Gree product.

To use this website you just enter the first three letters of the Gree model number and then select this from the drop down box. Then click on the Error Code box and select the letter or number from the list provided, do the same for the second error code box. The website will then automatically display the error code and explain what it is, plus any steps to check and if available a decision tree to assist you.
