Please ensure you provide your name, address, model number, serial number, date of purchase, name of installer and a complete description of the issue to enable us to assist you as promptly as possible.
Before requesting repairs under the conditions of warranty, please check the following:
- Have you followed the product user manual trouble shooting advice in the event of an error in operation?
- Has a hard reset been performed to the unit (power/isolator switch to the air conditioner been turned off 30 mins)?
- Check the drains and filters clean/clear of any obstructions
- Check that batteries are replaced in the remote control
- Has the installer been contacted to check his installation?
